Product Description
Boiling drier, the other name is fluid bed, is composed of air filter, heater, main frame of boiling bed,
star like feeder, cyclone separator, cloth bag dust catcher, high pressure centrifugal blower, and control board. For the drying materials have different property, when it is equipped with dust catcher, the cyclone separator and cloth bag dust remover can be chosen both or chosen any one of them. General speaking,
if it is the drying of the electuary and granular materials, which have relative large proportion, only the cyclone separator is needed. And if it is the drying of relative light and small granular and powder like materials, cloth bag dust catcher is needed, and the pneumatic feeder apparatus is offered as a choice.
Add particulate material into fluid-bed dryer by feeder and send the filtered and heated clean air into fluid-bed by air-blower.
Then fluidize it to reach gas-solid balanced heat-exchange. the dried material are sent off by discharge outlet and the exhaust
gas is emitted by the top of fluid-bed after cyclone de-duster and hop-pocket dust catcher reclaim solid material.
Application range
Adapt for drying of particular material, such as raw material, tablet of pharmacy, plastic rosin, citric acid and other powder of chemical industry, food and provision industry, forage, and rice embryo. The material has the common grain-size of 0.1-6mm and the best one of 0.5-3mm.
